Use DOT Vole for legitimate business research and prospecting. You are responsible for the way you use records and exports.

Do not share credentials, sell access, bypass device limits, impersonate another business or access another account's information.
Do not use the service for unlawful spam, harassment, fraud, discrimination, stalking or deceptive outreach.
Follow applicable email, calling, texting, privacy and do-not-call requirements, including consent and opt-out obligations. A public record is not proof of consent.
Do not describe source records as verified opt-in contacts, confirmed operating authority, confirmed insurance, or credit/underwriting advice.
Do not use the service as a consumer-reporting product or as the sole basis for personal credit, employment, housing or other eligibility decisions.
Do not overload the service or data source, evade throttling, probe other accounts, distribute malware, or extract credentials.
Do not upload customer information you are not authorized to process. Avoid sensitive personal data in tickets.
Respect source data-use terms and intellectual property. Selling access to DOT Vole's software does not grant ownership of public records or permission to disregard source restrictions.

Suspected violations may result in a proportionate access restriction or investigation. Contact support if you believe a restriction is in error.
